Writing a Report
The first step that you need to take is to organize the report notes into groups. At the bottom of the practice pages, you can see boxes to help you sort the notes. The real RCT will not number the notes or give you the boxes, but you may want to do so to save time. You can then write the items together as paragraphs.
Keep in mind that the notes that are given are not in complete sentences. You will need to add words or combine items to make the report sound natural.
You may also add information that you might think is important to the notes. However, you must use all of the notes given.

Composition
The third section of the RCT writing is a composition. The test may ask you to write an expository (explanatory) piece, a descriptive piece, a narrative piece, or a persuasive piece.
This link looks at the different types of writing that are possible compositions. Pay attention to how the authors writing changes when they want to explain, describe, narrate (entertain), or persuade.
